Nice sign, poor customer service for an issue.
Sign was awesome, but I paid extra for "waterproof" and the plug I received was indoor use only. I reached out to Vintage Sign to figure out what to do, but no one got back to me. Ended up buying a waterproof transformer from somewhere else. Not great customer service for something that cost over $300.
