Color not accurate
I ordered the 14" long tape ins earlier this month in color 1b and the color was completely inaccurate! It was more like #4, like a medium brown. I also had to straighten it because it was all kinked up from being packaged. The hair itself feels pretty nice, but now I'm stuck with hair i can't use. I wish I had read the return policy before purchasing because they don't do refunds. Lesson learned.
