the service is good, just the timing from purchase to delivery and reach the buyer could have been shorten, a lot. another issue is the 10% discount. maybe you can change it to once per account, rather than for the first purchase. while I was purchasing two items using two separate webpages at the same time, I missed out on the 10% discount as I checked out the second page first. i felt that was a little not sincere while giving out the welcome discount, per se.
