Terrible customer service
The fact the 80% of the reviews to IKea are only 1 to 2 stars are really truthful I want to express my total disappointment about to terrible customer support at Ikea Brooklyn NY I went to the store store to by a sleeper bed on July 18th 5PM I was told the item was not available for pickup but if I come back the next day it will be available, I came back today July 19th and after paying for the item and arrived to the pickup area I was told it was not available for pickup today. I asked to speak with one of the managers, spoke with one named Angel who offered me a free delivery for the next day and after making me wait for about 30 minutes came back to say they couldn't schedule the delivery I'm an Ikea member for more than 15 year I will never shop at your stores again. I'm very disappointed 😞
