Shockingly bad experience
Shockingly bad experience, do not use! The Lodgify platform was sending out unapproved messages that I didn’t write nor give consent to sending to my guests offering late checkouts and breaching data protection acts by sending out my full name and mobile number in the messages. Absolutely shocking and costly to my airbnb business! I complained about this and received no response. I would never use this platform again, it has damaging to my business and they sell their product to do the opposite.
