Awful
Wow. Terrible I really trusted this website. I’ve made 2 previous orders from 2 different sellers that were excellent. However now, third time I’ve paid £250 and I can’t get through to anybody. This isn’t totally down to DHGate, the seller has done me over, but DHGates almost impossible to reach access is stressful work IF something does go wrong. Like this has!! Can’t even start a dispute until end of August. Please reply to me DHGate.
