Return process
Trying to return a wig, their return process is extremely painful! I can’t seem to get a straight answer within 24 hours. Even tried their Facebook messenger to get a more speedy reply but they were extremely unhelpful. I just want to know the status of my refund but it has taken a few days and still no where. Not happy
