Exceptional customer service
Easily the best customer service I have ever experienced. From first contact to design specification and final product delivery and setup, communication has been prompt, clear and incredibly helpful, keeping me informed and involved at every step of the process. The pergola is now installed and setup, again with help to very quickly resolve some minor installation challenges, and I am thrilled with the result. Highly recommend and exceptional value product.
