Excellent custom pergola, great support from start to finish
I ordered a fully custom aluminum louvered pergola from AlunoTec and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technical design work was perfect, every detail of the custom sizing was worked out before production.
Jenna was extremely supportive and responsive throughout, helping with all the details whenever I had questions. They even helped me with the permit documentation, which made the city approval process much smoother.
Production and delivery went smoothly, and for this quality the price-performance is great. The finished pergola looks fantastic in our backyard. Highly recommended.

AlunoTec are an excellent company to deal with. I bought one of their T600 pergola in a 5 x 4m configuration with four electric blinds. The communication throughout the process was tremendous and Fannie in particular was really helpful. I've been able to integrate this particular model with Home Assistant via an RS485 extension, leveraging an ESP32 board running ESPHome and a custom YAML configuration which allows for total control of the pergola completely local and without reliance on cloud services. The documentation Fannie supplied gave everything I needed to create the custom firmware so I can now automate the opening and closing of the roof and blinds on windy days. Product packaging and build quality was excellent, and communications throughout was also great. I genuinely cannot fault the company and would buy from them again without hesitation.

We ordered 2 pergolas from AlunoTec having also had one from them a number of years ago. They are excellent quality and the communication and attention to detail is first class. They were delivered on time and well packaged. The reason I dropped one star is that the pergola with rotating and retractable blades had some mislabelling. The mechanism was highly complex to align and could have benefitted from better and more detailed instructions. Having said that the team were in constant contact every day until we got through to a successful install which I value very highly

I bought a 6x4m pergola, dining table with chairs set & an L shaped outdoor lounge set. All are very good quality.
I requested covers for all my outside furniture and these fit perfectly.
The Pergola has allowed us to enjoy the outside without cooking in the heat of Thailand. It provides shade when needed & opens with a touch of a button to access the night sky.

I’ve even tested it against snow loads, since I live in the Czech Republic.

My opinion about Alunotec products is very positive. I ordered a custom-made pergola with motorized blinds and sliding glass on three sides and I am very satisfied with the quality and detailed instructions I received.
The metal parts are thick and have high-quality plastic coating, the pergola is very stable during stormy and windy weather.
The protective package of all parts is very good, I was afraid for the glass inside the box, but everything was fine, no damage.
The electronic box for the blinds and lights is very well made and easy to install the cables, and the remote control is also very good and easy to operate.
I definitely recommend working with Alunotec, and especially with their sales manager, Mr. Scott Leung, and other employers.

My pergola was a custom design, motorized louvered and roller shades. I was completely in awe when I saw it: high quality aluminum frame, drive mechanisms and paint. Although it was a large structure, the assembly was straight forward. I had couple challenges but the team promptly addressed them.

I highly recommend this company.
I live in Canada and ordered my pergola online from them. From the very beginning, their customer service was outstanding. Since everything was custom-made, they patiently explained every detail, including product specifications, engineering considerations, and even how the structure would perform during winter snow conditions.
Throughout the manufacturing process, they kept me informed every step of the way. Their communication was excellent, and I always knew exactly what was happening with my order.
During shipping, they regularly sent photos and updates, letting me know when the product was dispatched, where it was in transit, and when it would arrive. I never had to wonder about the status of my order.
When the shipment finally arrived in Vancouver, there was an unexpected issue with the local transportation company because the shipment was extremely heavy. However, the team immediately stepped in and worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. They communicated with all parties involved and quickly found a solution.
The support did not stop after delivery. During installation, my installer had several technical questions. The company responded promptly and patiently, providing professional guidance to ensure everything was installed correctly.
What impressed me even more was their after-sales service. A year later, during the following summer, I accidentally reset one of the motor shades limits. I contacted them for help, and they patiently assisted me multiple times. When the issue could not be solved remotely, they even arranged a video conference with their technician and worked with me until the problem was completely resolved and the system was properly reconfigured.
There are two main reasons why I strongly recommend this company:
1. Their products are modern, high-quality, and beautifully designed. Comparable products purchased locally would have cost me four to five times more.
2. They are extremely trustworthy. Their customer service team follows up on everything—from manufacturing, shipping, installation, and after-sales support. Every question is answered clearly and professionally. They take the time to explain details about weather resistance, snow loads, installation requirements, and ongoing maintenance.
It is rare to find a company that provides such excellent products and such exceptional customer service. The quality is outstanding, the pricing is highly competitive, and the support is second to none.
