High Quality,Beautifully Constructed, Couldn't Be Happier!
My husband and I had been searching for a solution to our full-sun and high wind backyard problem. We love our backyard but wouldn't be able to enjoy it due to the sun exposure and windy nature of our location. A traditional patio umbrella not only didn't offer enough shade when open, the winds made it unsafe to leave open. We looked into an awning but felt that it wouldn't resolve either of these concerns. My husband then found Pergolux. After researching the brand and ecstatically learning that there was a showroom about 25 minutes away, we quickly made an appointment to view the options. We worked with Irene from the east coast office location who reviewed each of the available platforms, optional accessories, and color options. We made our decisions and as easy as that, our pergola was ordered. Before we knew it, it arrived at our home. One note of caution if you have a husband like mine, do not let him convince you that the two of you can assemble it on your own. A week later and a strained shoulder necessitating me going to PT for a month, it was up and beautiful, but I recommend hiring a team to build it for you. LOL If it wasn't for my husband being an engineer and me being the most patient wife, the results would have been disastrous. But truly, this is one of the best purchases we have ever invested in for our home. It is now a showpiece and the place everyone wants to be. Thank you, Irene, and thank you Pergolux USA!!!

Order Excitement turns to Delivery Nightmare!
With bold type enticement like "Don't Let Another Summer Slip Away" and product-specific stock status claiming "delivery in 5-15 business days", Pergolux has turned my pre-order excitement into a post-order nightmare!
A full-month has passed, with system-generated status still showing "order confirmed". Moreover (and unlike the Sales team, which seems to have ample reps), Customer Service is so swamped that an automated attendant interrupts music-on-hold by stating that call volume exceeds Customer Service capacity to maintain a call queue, and promising that a rep will return my call when someone becomes available...which doesn't happen.
So I have to initiate every interaction - with the latest suggesting that my July 3, 2026 order #15037 "should" get here by late August-early September. With no control over supply chain "2 boxes are still on a ship from China...or Vietnam, not sure which"; and no order status system available to Customer Service reps or customers, I suspect there are other nightmares happening right now, and more to come... I'm giving up on Summer, and hoping mine is resolved before Fall comes and goes.
Product is great only downside was having to talk to 3 different people over three days to find out when it would be delivered.

Terrible instructions for assembly
Terrible instructions for assembly! Parts missing! Customer service is quick to pick up when they are selling the product, but servicing when there are issues is equally bad. I really wanted this product, but afraid we are going to pay to send the entire thing back to them! Pergolux- If you are going to sell this product, at least ensure that parts numbers match, give clear instructions, or ship it with more pieces assembled. I feel like I have wasted over $8k in a product that will cost $4k to assemble!!

After much deliberation, we decided to purchase a Pergolux pergola. I had been given a 3-4 week timeline for delivery. Once that window passed, I contacted the company regarding delivery date. I was told that the order did not ship because the wooden slats were not available. I was then given another projected delivery date. This also came and went. By this time, frustration had set in. My husband contacted the company this time, and was connected with Manuel Schradi. He assured us that he would look into the problem and have the pergola on the way ASAP. Sure enough the pergola arrived with a week!!!
We assembled the main structure, but waited a bit on attaching the wooden slats and screens. We soon realized that we had the wrong sized slats. We again contacted Mr Schradi. He was able to get the wrong sized slats picked up the same day the correct slats arrived. This took no more than a week to resolve as well.
We are very pleased with the pergola overall. It is a high quality material and aesthetically pleasing.
Our experience with Pergolux was excellent, because of the outstanding customer service provided by Mr. Schradi

DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS…
DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!! I had to cancel my order that was over $27,000… they claimed it’s been refunded a week ago but my bank show NOTHING… Every time my contractor and I try to communicate it’s through a chat bot and they give us the ABSOLUTE RUNAROUND!! First they said 3-5 days, then they say 10 days, then they say they sent it as an ACH, then they said it’s being returned the same way it was paid for, which is a wire transfer. THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY NEED THE ACCOUNT INFORMATION TO DO EITHER, WHICH THEY DON’T HAVE!!!
THIS COMPANY IS CONDUCTING FRAUD AND IF THEY DO NOT RETURN, I WILL SEEK LEGAL ACTION!!!

Our team has since provided you with information regarding the ACH refund process and the expected processing timeframe, which can take approximately 3–10 business days to appear in your account depending on the banks involved. At this time, that timeframe has not yet fully passed.

Received missing parts, installed.
Well, the product is great. But I’m missing 2 parts which I emailed, called many times 3 weeks ago. Was told they were going to open a box and send out the parts. Well, 3 weeks later I’ve seen nothing. So then I called again and now they say shipping out next week after a email correspondence. Losing a lot of faith in their customer service. And at first they blamed me for misplacing the parts. Crazy…. Still waiting. Other than that the quality is good, easy to install.expensive but high end. I finally received the missing parts and just installed. So happy with finally able to complete the assembly. Would love a great deal on a screen purchase for my time and energy. Or a gift card or something. Now complete I love it. And all my Nieghbors do as well. I’m hoping to push them in this direction for there pergola/ gazebo. Still have about 50 condos to be built and many come by to check mine out compared to Purple Leaf or others. The lights are great and the heater helps on one end and my fire pit on the other for the cooler nights in Michigan.

POOR SUPPORT
POOR SUPPORT. NO INTEGRITY. We purchased a pergola and a shade and had it installed. We loved it. We ordered a second shade. Unfortunately, when we tried to install it one of the mounting screws stripped. When we called support they did not offer much help except to tell us to cut the screw out and replace it and it if it is stripped to retap it. That is not a simple fix. We are VERY UNHAPPY. I would not do business with this company.
