Outstanding support and high Quality!
I am completely satisfied with my experience with AlunoTec. Right from the start, the consultation was excellent, and the team handled all measurements and custom adjustments with great precision. Throughout the production process, they kept me thoroughly updated with photos and videos. When a minor issue arose with one of the motors, their customer service was exceptional, they immediately sent a replacement part via air freight without hesitation. I can wholeheartedly recommend AlunoTec to anyone looking for a reliable Pergola! This definitely won’t be my last order with them!
