Garbage
Garbage. They have tried to charge me 8000 dollars for a flood insurance policy even though I have flood insurance and then refuse to communicate with my insurance agent! They are not “aloud” to email but sent him a letter in the mail! We have told New Rez multiple times that we have flood insurance AND provided them with documentation but somehow it still is not being rectified! The customer service is zero no one wants to help and just has some excuse to why they can’t help or it’s not their fault. Predatory behavior to charge $8000 to consumers. Beware.
