I would definitely not recommend! I have purchased numerous trips at auctions and have never had an issue redeeming until now. Their process says you will be notified within 3-4 business days but it's been 3 weeks. I have called and only received a recorded message, emailed twice - one response saying they are backed up and if you submit more than one request you will be moved to the back of the line... My planned trip is now a month away and I can't book airfare Will never bid on an item through this company again
