Hello, Bought some shoes a dress which were too small. Returned these items 24/1/2019 and didn't get a refund until 7/3/2019. They said the parcel had not showed up. I really don't understand how it took this long to eventually be delivered/found and refunded to me. Plus it cost me €30 in P+P and another €13 on my side plus all the correspondence and waste of my time. Its put me off ever dealing with JJ's again. It would have been better to buy the items in a regular shop !
