Satisfactory Customer Service without Exchange
I have ordered a blue pinstripe suit in a size 4-6 and was satisfied with the fabric and fit so I purchased 2 more pant suits in solid navy and off white in the sale size. The navy colored suit arrived and the jacket is extremely small, pants are a 4-6 but I do not believe the jacket is correctly sized. I contacted customer service and they are sending me replacement suits in the size 10, at no charge and they are not requiring me to return the navy colored suit. You cannot ask for more assistance than that so I am providing MOPYIUS a five star rating, as I await receipt of my replacement items.
