If I could give a negative number I would. Terrible customer service on a Hairmax product. Let me be clear- I like their products and review is directed at customer service, not the product. I placed an order on May 30 and heard NOTHING from them about my order until I sent them a message asking about my order today. June 10. They gave me some corporate bs that item was on back order but received them same time I inquired about my order. I’m enraged that they think their bs explains away their incompetence or perhaps their borrowing against customer accounts. Be aware of the type of company you might order from
