Very happy with the style and colour of dress but unhappy with the packing. the dress came in a much to small plastic bag ,was very creased so Have had to pay £9.12 to have it pressed.for the price of postage and packing £29 I am very disappointed with this .The dress cost £81 order £157.0,when i took it out of bag it looked like a cheap dress .More respect should be shown to lovely garments.I am hopeful you would like to refund me the price of pressing the dress and please treat your garments with more respect ...
