To start, they pay for top billing on search engines so they start at the front. I was looking for Delta and while it showed up properly, United reservations showed up too. I went with the reservation link and it looked right. My search for EKO to XNA looked right and the first option matched what I wanted and the price for first class looked good. I selected that and the next screen looked weird and the price was $100 higher. The right hand side of the screen had the standard add on of travel insurance, but it also had several more add ons, including baggage handling for $9.00. I backed out and the first page still looked like Delta, so I went back in and bought the ticket even though I had to decline a lengthy list of add ons. After paying for the trip, it came up as eSky. While it showed I had payed for the flights I wanted, Delta didn't show them immediately and some for several hours later. The flight was Delta and United. The Delta app worked for the Delta flights and one of the United flights. The other United flight wouldn't show up on the Delta app, but both United flights showed up on the United App. Minor inconvenience but a nuisance. My last Delta flight wouldn't show my seat assignment, only that it would be assigned at the gate. This one had an 8 hour layover and the seat showed up about and hour before takeoff. Even though I had booked first class for the trip, the last flight put me on the last possible seat on the plane. My TSA precheck didn't show up for the first flight, I was able to add it for the last day. eSky didn't pull it over. Bottom line, go with one of the big boys and leave this one alone.
