I ordered a robot for my son for christmas and it has not arrived. I ordered it three weeks ago. it shows “ready for shipment” but i send them emails and have not received an answer as to when i will receive my product. I am gutted because my son asked this for santa claus and this was the present. either send my product or give me my money so i can buy it from someone else. Never again buying from them!!!! no information at all and no response from customer service. give me my £140 back then
