I will never use this service again
I will never use this service again. Price dropped over the weekend for flights that I had wanted to book but since I had been ticked according to them there was nothing that could be done. The new flight would have cut 4 hours off my 9 hour layover at JFK. Useless agents with an unwillingness to help. I travel overseas several times a month and was hoping this would have been a good solution for booking my flights. This is not how to get return customers. Totally unhappy customer in Nashville!
