I was worried at first about not seeing my conformation tickets and was having trouble with my flights getting changed last minute . I received alot of help from the team and I mostly got in contact with Bryan the manger for refund reasons and they work hard to make it happen . Good company I say give them a chance and trust the process .
I booked a flight on FlightsBird for $107.82 and received a booking confirmation showing that total amount. The biggest problem with my experience was the confirmation process. It took almost 24 hours for FlightsBird to contact me and tell me that they could not honor the original price. They offered me a higher price of approximately $150, which I did not accept, and my reservation was ultimately canceled. The delay is especially frustrating because while you are waiting for FlightsBird to confirm your ticket, you may lose the opportunity to book the same or similar flight elsewhere at a better price. By the time they contacted me, prices on other websites had already increased. This puts the customer in a difficult position: accept the higher price offered later or go back to other websites and potentially pay even more than what was available when the original booking was made. Customers should be aware that receiving a booking confirmation from FlightsBird does not necessarily mean that the ticket or the displayed price is confirmed. In my experience, I waited almost 24 hours only to be offered a higher price and then have my reservation canceled when I did not accept it.
I was a bit skeptical of booking my flight through this platform but I wanted to give it a try. The booking process was easy but had to call customer service to confirm my information and making sure I was not taking a carry on bag. Customer service was ok but the person was hard to understand. I was worried about not getting my boarding pass until midnight the morning of my flight. I had a round trip flight but when I was ready to go back I had to call customer service again because I had not received my boarding pass. They informed me there was a malfunction and the earliest flight they had available was for the next day. I was stranded over night. I dont like to leave negative reviews but I feel this is necessary to save others of going through this bad experience.

I got my booking tickets hours before my flights and paid days before. I got all my booking tickets, but had to wait for same day and was very nerve wrecking, worrying about when I was going to get my tickets.
I would give negative star. They are bloody liars. Dont get into this scam. I booked online for $490 and they came back sayg its $1100+. I was like fine cancel it. And this so called manager started yelling like stop wasting his time and bullshit. You guys wasted my time with ripoff price and i had to be on the call.
terrible company , do not book this company. publish rate is different from actual price, an agent calls and change price. tells me flight confirmation will be day before flight date. i never got my details. i called twice they keep on stalling and asked wait another 3 hours three hours came no ticket, says wait another until 10pm. i finally called airline the flight time was non existent. so this is scammy company!
I used Flightsbird to help me get to the World Cup match between Colombia and Ghana, and the experience was very positive overall. Because I made my travel plans at the last minute, I did not initially account for how expensive flights to Kansas City would be. When I checked, each ticket was over USD 1,500. Thanks to Flightsbird’s support, I was able to find a feasible alternative for almost a third of the price by flying into San Antonio instead. On the return trip, there was an issue with the reservation, and I was asked to purchase a new ticket. Flightsbird confirmed that they would reimburse the value within 5 to 8 business days. While their business model is not typical, and you do need to be comfortable receiving your boarding passes by email only around four hours before the flight, Flightbird can be an excellent option if you have some flexibility with your arrival times. They provide very good prices, alternative routing options, and strong support when plans become complicated.
Be careful! This company is a scam. They just want to get your data and they dont care about you. I booked a flight with a fair price, and an hour later they called me to charge me another $150 more. This is a real scam dont book use them to book any flight. They will still your data and card.
I did travel from May30 to June 1st, at first I was very skeptical, but to my surprise everything went great with my flight and I would recommend 😊 and will be using them in the future for future travels.

bucket flight ripoff. they take a reservation then try to get a cheaper price than they advertise. they make you think you are booked and you are not. then they try to sell you ticket for the price the airline charges. India customer service, they do not care
