This site is a complete SCAM!!! Stay away and don’t waste your time. They run a bait and switch business and after you book your flight they tell you it’s sold out and offer you a completely different one for 10 times the price!! Report these people !!

I booked AA flights through FlightsBird in March 2019 for a trip over Thanksgiving week. We checked in online the day before our travel and got boarding passes. When we arrived at the airport 2 hours prior to take-off, we were informed our entire itinerary had been canceled by FlightsBird one day prior - that meant no flights to OR FROM our destination and it was Thanksgiving week. Now FlightsBird denies any responsibility and AA says there is plenty of documentation to show it was FlightsBird that canceled the initerary (but they won't produce any such documentation). It's utter madness. You get what you pay for - this was the worst travel experience of my entire life.
I bought a ticket almost 2 month ago, trying to check in, i call to AA and told me that they no had confirmation of the ticket, in conversation with the Airline, they told me that they sent an email to flightbirds, to let you know that they no longer had that rate, they never responded and never communicated with me, I had to solve at the last moment, paying a ticket at double the price I paid at the time. Knowing all that, they have not given me the money back. I send two emails and no answers. They are irresponsible and scammers
Read my review about FlightsChannel, another pathetic company. After the experience with them unfortunately I went to FlightsBird to book my tickets. What did I know that these were bigger !diots. I booked a ticket through their website. And I called them to confirm about the etickets. Initially I was told that I will receive it by end of the day. Too bad I trusted them. I had already booked my visa appointment and I needed this particular ticket so I reach in time for my appointment. Because of that I called them atleast 4-5 times over the period of 2 days about the ticket confirmation. Even asking them multiple times whether there will be a price change. I was assured that there will be no change and it should be done fine. They sat about this booking for the whole 2 days and after that told me the tickets were not available and tried to sell me higher priced tickets which had even more layover time. In between I had called united airlines 3 times to make sure seats were available for these multiple airline itin. They said seats are available and they are just waiting for the payment from the agency. I had enough with these !diots (Flightsbird and FlightsChannel). So I just headed to Cheapoair to book my tickets as they were offering for the same price that these !diots gave me. Filled the information online and made the payment. The Eticket was issues immediately and had it in my inbox within a minute. Unfortunately trustpilot does not allow negative rating. They should have a facility for it soon.
I booked a flight from US to Bolivia through them as they were the only one offering the itinerary that I was looking for, involving two different airlines, on a single booking number. Problem started when one of the airlines changed their schedule and now I had only a 5 minute connection time between two flights... So I called flightsbird to have them fix it, and I was told to call the airlines directly, which I ended up doing but it was a nightmare as each airline was telling me call the other one! What's flightsbird added value if not taking care of such situations? By the way, I learned about this schedule change only because I checked my itinerary, I did not receive any notification from flightsbird... My recommendation: just stay away from them, you'll do yourself a favor!
we purchased tickets for our honeymoon and realized a mistake on the ticket and called to have them correct it, I was told that they could not, I would have to go to the airline to do that. I called the airline and they told me to call the booking agency...so round and round I went! The ONE person answering the phones at flightsbird was the WORST customer service I have ever had. She kept telling me that EVERYONE at the company was in a meeting and that no one could help me, I had to wait an HOUR! seriously! I have never heard that in any customer service before. It turned into 2 hours and every time I called back she gave me the same lame excuse that everyone was in a meeting. I could not believe it, the change they needed to make was simple and would have taken no time to do but instead of actually working for the customer she blew me off and told me it was my fault. I ended up cancelling my tickets and having to rebook. I will NEVER use this or any site like this, whatever you do, do not use flightsbird!!!
This company is a rip off. I have been waiting for a refund for a ticket unused because of a flight cancellation since february 6 months. Always an excuse never any money
This is the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I have currently been waiting almost 4months to correct something they made a mistake on. They changed my ticket, charged me more money, changed my ticket again to something entirely different, wont answer or corporate in any way...apparently a MANAGER DOESNT EXIT IN 4 MONTHS IVE BEEN TRYING TO FIX THIS
I would never recommend that anyone do business with Flighstbird. I booked an international roundtrip flight 9 months ago through them. Two of my connecting flights were canceled by the airline and Flightsbird failed to notify me of this cancellation, leaving me without a flight home that I would not have even known about had I not decided to check my reservation 2 weeks before the trip. Everyone I spoke with on the phone at Flightsbird told me a different story, made up a different excuse, and had no resolution but to blame the airline for something that was Flightsbird's fault. Save yourself the trouble, the prices are not worth it. These people are unprofessional and are running a business that is borderline fraudulent. I have contacted Momondo as I love using that site to book trips but they should not be affiliated with scam agencies like Flightsbird.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE WORST AGENCY EVER THEY SCREWED ME OVER. I HAD A FLIGHT FROM JFK TO CANCUN I NEVER GOT ANY EMAILED FROM THEM WHAT'S SO EVER THEY CHANGED THE FLIGHT ON ME I ENDED UP SLEEPING AT THE AIRPORT.
I booked my flights through flightsbird for a funeral I have to be at in a few days. Obviously, these were lat minute tickets. About 15 minutes after receiving my confirmation emails for my flights they called me and tried to charge me an additional $110 above what I purchased online. Is this even legal? Seems to me this sight and their service is a complete scam. The rep, who barely spoke English, tried to tell me the flight was already full and that is why they had to charge me more. Funny, I found the same flight on SEVERAL other travel sites at the original price I paid and managed to book it elsewhere. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

Worst Customer service ive ever had to deal with. Airline refunded my ticket and it had got sent to flighysbird since I booked through them and its been 2 weeks and they still havent even processed my refund. Every representative is rude and not helpful. They havent sent a confirmation email or even called me back like they said they would. Very hard to understand over the phone and not sure why transactions are not available online. Providing personal information and credit card over the phone does not create a good experience. Waited over the promised 48 hours and had to call them back for status. At the end, I did not get flights as agreed and was offered a higher cost alternative. Not happy with results but the reviews led us to believe that this company was credible. Sorry but this did not work us.
Following a total debacle in which we were left trying to find a ticket less than 24 hours before the flight due to FlightsBird’s error, I filed a complaint with Momondo, the aggregator that connected me with this company. This prompted a call from FlightsBird customer service. They were apologetic and offered to send a check to cover the difference in cost between my original flight and the replacement flight. They asked that I amend my review (major ethical breach - trying to directly pay off a bad review). On top of that, the check never came. Given the trust that one expects when booking a flight and everything else that is affected when these types of events occur, I would recommend that one avoids conducting business with this company. I will never spend a dollar with them.
