Could Be The Reason I Miss My Best Friend's Wedding
A month ago I booked two tickets with FlightsBird. They called me a few days after saying there were issues with the airline (American) and needed to move me to Delta, to which I said okay.
Those tickets never came. I called multiple times and each time they said that it was "processing" and promised me a specific date I could expect the tickets by ("sometime this week", next Monday", "tomorrow"). Finally, three days before my flight, I was promised I would have the issue resolved personally by the manager there by 5:00PM the following day. You probably won't be surprised to hear, nothing was ever resolved and I have to buy my tickets now, two days before the flight. Prices have skyrocketed.
If they would have been upfront about their inability to provide me tickets earlier, I could have gotten them from another company at a reasonable price.
If anyone has information about the feasibility of pressing a lawsuit against this company for their deceit please let me know.
And to Brock: you lied to me repeatedly and have put me in a really terrible position because of it. I hope all of your personal experiences with other companies in the future match my experience with yours.
Following up on my previous review. Still no reimbursement. Was told by someone calling himself “Roy” that with 48 hours it would be resolved. It’s been over that, called today. Spoke to some other person who claimed “Roy” not available, works night shift. This new person will look into it. Another ongoing excuse is that it is end of fiscal year and that is why the delay. Keep pushing off telling me to call back. Nobody seems to know who anyone else is, or what’s already been said. FRAUD ALERT!
THEY WON"T GIVE YOU A GOOD DEAL!!!!!! After booking a $400 trip with them, I checked the reservation directly on the airline (AA) when I was doing my check-in and saw the price for the trip... $250... I sent them an email requesting a break down of the fees charged, no response so far and I doubt I'll get any.
Bad experience! I tried to book online a flight on Fri, Apr 12. It appeared to go through. But my credit card was not charged, so I called and spoke to Cornelius. He assured me all was ok, and that it would take some time. Sat we received an e-mail asking for credit card details again. This seemed slightly odd, but I sent them. We waited. Mon morning (Apr 15) I rang and spoke with someone. He assured me all was fine and I'd have my e-tickets in 3 or 4 hrs. Nothing. Called later in the afternoon only to be told that the price had increased by a total of $400. I was angry. They tried to blame some other company. Very poor. I would not waste my time with this group. There are many other more reliable companies.
I'm writing this review after I returned from my flight using Flightsbird. Great service! Tickets were super expensive in high season so I scrambled and found this site. I chatted with Brock and he gave me a discounted rate lower than anywhere else! I was able to board and come back no issue. I'm extremely satisfied. The only thing is their live prices do not work, so it's better if you chat with them directly via the chat on the website or by phone to get the best and accurate price. Highly recommended!
beware of requests to send photographs of your government ID
The company requested that I send them a photograph of my drivers licence or passport which is illegal - I am suspicious of identity fraud - they also asked me to send a photo of my credit card. I have travelled extensively with my spouse for 13 years and never been asked for this type of information in order to book a flight. I also found out from the airline that this company cancelled my flight when I refused to send photos of my government ID. Traveller’s beware. Never send photos to anyone of your government ID.
My itinerary has been changed twice due to the airline, and neither change was acceptable for my travel plans. The first time was just before Christmas amidst extreme weather across the country. The second time was due to grounding of Boeing jets, so customer service at Flightsbird was crazy busy, I'm sure. Both times I was super upset and Flightsbird worked with me on a solution. This last time (1 week before departure and during local school Spring Break--so few flights), I worked with Antonio and he was terrific: calm, helpful, professional. I doubt I would fly American again but I highly recommend the customer service at Flightsbird--thanks, Antonio and everyone.
I will never use this service again. Price dropped over the weekend for flights that I had wanted to book but since I had been ticked according to them there was nothing that could be done. The new flight would have cut 4 hours off my 9 hour layover at JFK. Useless agents with an unwillingness to help. I travel overseas several times a month and was hoping this would have been a good solution for booking my flights. This is not how to get return customers.

This site advertises low prices and sends a confirmation, advising that the actual tickets will be sent in a follow up email within 48 hours. I did not receive the tickets so I sent an email to request it They responded and said they needed to speak with us regarding the reservation. My husband called and low and behold the fares advertised were not available and the offer they gave us was another $122/person. They never even ran our credit card at the time we booked the flights?! And never contacted us prior to my email to them. Of course they were not going to honor the fares on the original booking. We immediately cancelled with them and re-booked with Triple A. Complete waste of time even looking at this site.
Sebastian Brown helped our family get the tickets we wanted at a great price and was available throughout the process of adding more family members to the trip. This got a bit complicated, and he was able to get them the same flights and price, and was there to help us make sure everything was ticketed properly.

This site is a scam, stay away from it. They post cheap prices and send you a fake receipt, but then cancel your purchase without informing you and provide an "option" to buy the same ticket at a much higher price. I bought a ticket from them for my daughter, a freshman coming home for a spring break. Got a receipt with a confirmation number, my daughter went to the airport and was told that she was not in the system, the ticket was not really sold, it only appeared that it was. I called the company, they were very rude and did not give me any explanation
I booked a ticket for $320. They asked me to call them about the reservation, only to tell me the price was actually $388. I agreed because it was still my cheapest option. They said they would send me a confirmation, but I never got one. So I called two days later. They said I would have my e-ticket emailed to me by the end of the night. Still didn’t have my tickets the next morning. Called again to cancel my reservation, and they told me they would send me an email to confirm my cancellation. I still don’t have said email. This 4-day process has left me frustrated and ticketless, and now tickets are even more expensive than when I started. If you need to get somewhere, do not use this company.
