HOT MESS!
Our flights that we booked were not "confirmed" so when we called we were told that they were standby tickets, which is not stated on the website, so we were forced to get different tickets from a different airline, that I do not like, AND had to pay more. We were also told it was the same timeframe for take off and landing, but it was not. We were supposed to land at 2pm but the new tickets didn't leave until 2pm, landing us at 8pm. We had to then adjust with the car rental company. It was a hot mess!

**1 Star – Misleading Pricing and High-Pressure Sales**
My experience with HolidayBreakz was extremely disappointing.
I booked a round-trip flight that was advertised for **$377.12**. After submitting my booking, I was contacted and informed that the fare was supposedly no longer available. Instead of honoring the advertised price, I was offered a different itinerary for **more than $800**, which was more than double the original cost.
On **July 31**, a representative called me and insisted that I needed to pay the higher price. I made it clear that I did **not** agree to purchase the more expensive itinerary. I was also concerned by statements suggesting my credit card could be charged for the higher amount without my authorization.
This experience felt deceptive and caused unnecessary stress. Consumers should not be advertised one price only to be pressured into paying substantially more for a different itinerary after booking.
I cannot recommend HolidayBreakz based on my experience. I encourage anyone considering using this company to carefully review all terms and verify pricing before providing payment information.

Holidaybreakz advertised a low price on frontier airlines. When I made the reservation the price doubled. When I complained the person said that there was nothing they could do as the transaction had been "posted". When I checked with my credit card company, it had not been posted. There were two charges, one to the travel agency and the other to frontier airlines. This company is a scam. Make your reservations directly with the airline you want.
