Worst Customer service ive ever had to deal with. Airline refunded my ticket and it had got sent to flighysbird since I booked through them and its been 2 weeks and they still havent even processed my refund. Every representative is rude and not helpful. They havent sent a confirmation email or even called me back like they said they would.
