postive ujpdate follwing a negative review
I previously wrote a very negative review about this company on Oct 5th as they took a a monthly subscription 6 days after I had signed up for one week rather than 7days . I had many e mails exchanges in which they just said this was company policy but could not give me a copy of the policy not would they give me my money back. However this March 2026 (5 months later) they e mailed me to say they were reviewing trust pilots reviews and offered to review my case and refunded the money. I was very impressed both with this response and of course trust pilot. As a result of this i can say they are obviously a legitimate company. if you are using them for a simple one off job i recommend cancelling within 5 days just to be on the safe side. While i feel they wasted a lot of my time initially without sorting this out in October i have to give them full credit for responding to my comments on trust pilot and refunding me. Good on them
