Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I have received a wrong item and I have been following up with Anthro over a week and they keep passing me around and provided absolutely no resolution, they keep telling me to wait “ 72 hours” .. It’s been over a week They charged me for an item I never received , have not received my refund or replacement. Very disappointing
