Faulty dress received for my daughter’s prom
3rd edit: After ignoring me for days. I finally warned them I was going to trading standards. They then replied and offered me a full refund. I have posted the return and they have assured me I will get a full refund. I can only hope 2nd Edit: JJ’ house replied to me yesterday offering me a 30% refund. I refused, as their terms and conditions state a full refund will be provided if manufacturers faults. They then offered me a 50% refund. I again refused. They have now stopped replying. I would warn everyone not to use this company. Their products are poor quality and their customer service is also extremely poor. They do not follow their own terms and conditions. Edit to reply: the measurements are not correct. Also you are ignoring me about the fact the dress is faulty. It has threads hanging causing the dress to fray and gather at the hem. I request a full refund as the item is not wearable. Dress received for my daughter’s prom. The dress is faulty with hanging threads. Causing the hem to fray. This was a custom size made dress. The measurements are not correct to what I ordered, the hips and waist is bigger. Making the dress unwearable as it slides down. I have sent a message to the company asking for a full refund. If they deal with my complaint promptly and I receive a full refund I will edit my review. ATM I am very disappointed. The dress cost £200
