Delivery Disillusionment
Ordinarily, I am happy with Pinkyparadise, but this time, the experience was horrible. I was sent two contradicting tracking messages. I informed Pinkyparadise and was treated like it was my fault that my stuff had not been delivered. I’m not a delivery person! I paid to have it delivered to my house not the Post Office. I called the Post Office, and they agreed that there was a snafu. I’m really upset at the treatment I received from Pinkyparadise especially since I had been a customer for 5 years. Pick one delivery carrier so you know where the packages are going.
