Did I lose my money?
I bought a sale package for $49 for the slides on 30th Nov. I got a confirmation message saying 'a link will be sent my email to download the slides.'Nothing. I registered, and when I log on, I get a message that says 'you haven't bought a package'. have been so frustrated. The money has been deducted from my bank account.
