Europe esim
I had the Europe esim as we were travelling to multiple cointries in the Europe region. Overall experience was good however I had a lot of trouble connecting at the beginning of our trip. I found Airalo's help facility very good and prompt. That said, I do not know what I would have done if I did not have the benefit of an alternative WiFi source. I had done all the steps as directed but the esim would not connect. The help desk provided alternative Access Point codes and various other tricks to eventually get connection. Thereafter it worked a treat - even when we travelled into different countries.
