I have used Travel China twice for tours. In Beijing, the group was 5 people and our travel guide was extremely knowledgeable and personable. Tom, our guide conducted the tour of the Forbidden City and the Great Wall at our pace. The experience at the Wall was especially nice as it was not overly crowded and the views were spectacular. We even rode a sled down from the wall. The guide, Abby, in Xian was very knowledgeable as well and friendly. Two people were present for that tour. We saw the soldiers and walked the area. After the tour, Abby arranged a dinner at the Opera House for me. She arranged a driver to pick me up at my hotel and take me to the show and then the driver was waiting for me at the door of the theater after the show to return me to my hotel. I enjoyed the show even more knowing that transportation was already arranged. Abby even arranged the meal to meet some dietary restrictions that I have. Overall, I have been very pleased and would recommend this agency to other English speaking travelers.
