THEY WILL NOT REFUND!
I had to retrieve some files I deleted late at night and I was so desperate I bought easeus especially because the promised 30 days money back guaranteed. I received some files (PDF, word docs) but some other important files were not being recovered! I emailed them to let them know and now they are refusing to refund me because I did not contact them to fix it. I panicked and gave my laptop to a professional before they even replied to my email, I needed those files ASAP! They sent me their refund policy (which they don't let you know about before purchase) and it basically says they won't refund unless they have cracked their heads trying to fix it as if everyone had that kind of time! I wouldn't even be mad if they said this to begin with but THIS IS NOT WHAT 30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEED MEANS!
