Staples IPostal Service
I pay a monthly fee to Staples for their IPostal Service so my packages are secure. They have lost two packages in three months and I have delivery confirmation. They may have an internal theft issue or they are completely unorganized. The support is useless. I was told they need two biz days and it’s now been four. I’ve chatted with 3 people and none of them know how to problem solve. This was supposed to prevent package theft and it has done the opposite. Would not recommend Staples I Postal at all.
