I ordered five items
I ordered five items, but probably because I wasn't paying attention, somehow some things I decided not to buy ended up in my cart, and things I did want were deleted (probably my fault). I contacted customer service to see if I could fix my order. They were super polite and very helpful. Since I waited until the next day to contact them, however, the items had already been shipped and they weren't able to help (again, my fault). But they offered other solutions, such as explaining their return policy and such. So, all in all, a positive experience. Items arrived fairly timely, considering I live outside the contiguous United States, after about 2.5 weeks. I found the quality of the clothes to suit the price. Decent quality, maybe a little thin, but the colors are vibrant and nice and the sewing seems fine. There was one item I wished was a little better quality, which indicates that the quality may vary among items. Sizing seemed okay. I ordered based on my measurements rather than by the size posted on the website, which seemed to generally be a good idea. I will likely order from them again after seeing how well the clothes hold up over time.
