Karla Eggert was my representative that helped me through the process of obtaining my new passport in seven days. This included a New Year’s Eve and a New Year’s Day holiday Karla was outstanding in walking me through the entire process and following up with me throughout the next seven days to ensure that I received my passport in a timely manner. I could not be happier with the service I received.
