While much of the process was easy, the website was a little unclear on how to provide needed information later in the process. I didn't have a picture in the right format and had trouble finding where to add it later. The customer service woman on the phone was very helpful, though, and walked me through everything that was needed.

Highly recommend for Chinese tourist visa
I used Passport Visa Express to apply for a Chinese tourist visa in NYC as I do not live within driving distance. The staff, Ebony and Melissa, were super helpful by answering all of my questions about the online visa application via live chat. They confirmed I could require a signature on delivery when sending my passport to their office, and they sent back my passport with the visa even faster than I expected. I am so grateful to them, and I highly recommend their service!
