We had allowed our passports to expire…
We had allowed our passports to expire and wanted to take a last minute trip. I really did not think our passports would arrive on time but they DID!! HG made it super simple and we received alerts on where they were in the process, when shipped and track. Plus text messages in the beginning asking if we needed any assistance. Just great all around. Thank you so much :)

I needed to renew my passport
I needed to renew my passport. When I looked on line this company came up first . Their service was excellent but as a senior citizen I needed to do the process with as little cost as possible. This cost was too expensive for my budget

Worth the Expense
Although this is a more expensive option to renew a passport, the expedient service and communication every step of the way is worth it! I had my new passport in less than two weeks after the application was submitted!

It was comforting to hear about every step of the process. People appreciate that. I never had to guess about the how, when, where my passport was and when would I be getting it. That makes me breathe easier that I don't have to worry if it gets to me before I go on my travels.

Expensive but straight forward
Super easy to do and very straight forward! However it is very expensive way to get your passport. I needed my passport in 6 weeks, as I was unaware of the travel requirements for the country I was visiting. The cheapest option is receiving it in 2 -3 weeks, that'll cost you $450+. Paying the State Department fee and the HelloGov fee. Its even more pricey for the faster expedited times. Be prepared to pay! I was able to receive my passport in 3 1/2 weeks, thats including shipping out my old passport and paperwork, processing with Hellogov and State Department and than shipping the new one. Notifications of updates about the process can be wonky. I ended up needing to call Hellogov and also checking in with the State Department.
