Good overall service. Very idiot proof. All is included in the price including the FedEx envelope to send the picture and documents. The only question I have is why didn’t they return my old passport? Usually they do. It has a number of still good visas I can use.

One of the best on-line experiences I've had. Everything from the website to online help to talking to a "real person" was remarkably clear and helpful. Of particular note were the immediate responses and follow-up answers. I began to wonder, and worry, if I had been experiencing a total AI "trip." I was under the impression you were a government entity, however you are not. You charged me over $200.00 to file for a renewal on my passport and then another over $200.00 to apply for the passport. Your customer service is terrible and you reaction to my request is just plain thieves. I will never recommend you to anyone.

To be honest I just fell into your website. It was so easy that this very elderly man negotiated the site easily. In only a week plus I had my passport. The timing for the process was great. The response when I had issues was good, but no real resolution on my side, I could not use the QR Code. This issue caused delays by a couple of days. Instructions could be improved

I have now used HelloGov AI for both my new passport and my mother's renewal and I can't recommend it highly enough!!! This service is not inexpensive but qualifies as priceless. Scary to have to get a rush passport renewal because I totally failed to realize Jan 2026 was 7 months ago…(duh) …. Anyway, the instructions are very clear and the process was straightforward. The communications were really good too- clear, timely and easy to ask for a status update when my nerves got the better of me. Got my passport today, a day earlier than promised. Yeah, expensive but worth it.
