We shouldn't have needed to use you. But the English ETA is impossible to navigate. You cost us additional money. Don't blame you but England has sure pissed me off.

Excellent service and honesty

I want to commend Passport Visa Express for their professionalism and honesty. As an American citizen with dual nationality I wanted to apply for an F visa to attend a conference in China in September 2026. The requirements are quite demanding in terms of the information required and their associate Ebony Hopkins guided me through the process with diligence and efficiency, including making sure my visa photo and letter of invitation would meet the Chinese consulate's requirements. It was only late in the process, after I had completed a form listing my other (British) nationality, that she discovered that British passport holders do not require a visa. This exemption is apparently listed on their website. but for some reason I was never able to access the Chinese government website. In any case, I had not thought using my British passport since in the past I have always used my US passport when traveling to China. Since there was no point in proceeding with the application for a visa on my USA passport I asked whether Passport Visas Express would refund any of their fee. To my surprise they have refunded the full fee, even though Ebony had spent considerable time and effort, including many emails, guiding me through the application process. Even though I ended up not having to use their services, I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are clearly professional and honest.

The process was very easy and you could track the status on line. The computer generated messages did create some confusion for me because they didn’t seem accurate but contacting someone through the chat option cleared the issues up quickly. I got my visas within a few weeks and am ready for my trip.
