Polite and helpful customer service.

My husband knows more about computer use than I do, but we struggled to submit a photo that met the requirements. I appreciate the patience of those who worked with us. Thank you.

Passport Visas Express was a godsent in obtaining our visas

Passport Visas Express was highly helpful and efficient in obtaining our visas for Mozambique when we had difficulty uploading documents onto the Mozambique website. A manager worked effectively with our tour company regarding the documents we needed to provide as passengers from a tourist train.

Customer service was great!

The application instructions were clear and easy to follow. When I contacted the service with questions, the wait time for a representative to help was short. The representative took the time to look at the application and/or the visa to answer my questions clearly and completely.
