Passport Visas Express.com

Quick and efficient

Glad we used Passpor Visas Express

#1 I got all the Visas we needed and had no issues whatsoever wth our border crossings. Thanks. #2 I found the workflow and confirmations somewhat confusing. After we subbmitted the paperwork I did not feel reassured I had gotten it all right. I was relieved to learn that everything was in order when we did finally get the visas.

Melissa was great!

Excellent, Fast, and Efficient Service

Service was fast and efficient and will be quicker next now that I've been through it once. Computers are not my forte, and I was a bit intimidated at the beginning. So happy this service is available to everyone.

Great customer service

Great customer service. Very helpful answering questions. Fast service. Only complaint - FedEx was delayed three days. I thought I should get a refund of the $40 for overnight.

Quick and responsive to inquiries. I emailed my passport photos rather than downloading them and found out I had the email address wrong. Spoke to customer service and immediately resolved problem.

I would suggest that you make it clear that I could have applying for visas for both my husband and myself at the same time. As it was, I did mine and then started all over again to do my husbands. Otherwise, it was easy to walk through the steps. Thank you.
