The process was fairly smooth and efficient. Got a 90 Day L Visa for China in a few weeks, no real hassles. They could use better confirmations of the process steps, it was a bit confusing at times. Would use again, they are legit.

The Chat feature was very helpful and I used it several times to help navigate through the process of getting a tourist visa to China. I also appreciated the ability to send my passports in via FedEx and receive them back that way - saving two trips to the city for two of us; this was very convenient.

Not an efficient process

The website which was supposed to keep me updated on the status of the visa was not updated. My application needed a revised document that was never communicated so the process stalled a few days until I called and discovered the problem.

It was not difficult except I do not know how to upload pictures and the first picture was unacceptable even though it meant the standard for passport pictures.

I was fortunate enough to get MELLISA when applying for a visa. She made the process for me what seemed insurmountable;doable. She is such a kind encouraging person. Passport express is fortunate to have such an employee.
