On my phone I find the process of doing it myself daunting. Gotta scroll to find what's next, no clear indication of what is wrong when completing the forms. The uploading and then downloading required passport and photo for me was hard (73 years old). Chat box helped and once I got it all online the approval only took a short time. Thanks for getting it done!

Acquiring a visa to visit Brazil

Providing all the info Brazil wanted was confusing, but the agents talked me through it and made clear what needed to be done very carefully and what would be acceptable. After all the info was submitted the visa came quickly.

When there was a breakdown in communication between the embassy and Passport Visas Express, the representatives at Passport Visas Express resolved the issue. I received my Visa in plenty of time to make my trip.

Overall good, but verifying return address

Overall the team was very helpful and supportive. The only reason I didn’t give a five star was because the return envelope was delayed at FedX because they didn’t correctly put my address. Instead they had my name and email address.

There was an issue getting a visa from Tanzania. I tried getting help and they were very hard to get help from. They ignored my emails and didn’t call when they said they would. I eventually got someone who cared by calling the main phone number and she resolved it. It was very frustrating
