When I made errors on my visa application, then submitted it, I contacted Passport Visas Express via Chat and email. They responded right away and said that they took care of everything. Then my husband left a question blank on his visa application and they called to ask for the missing information. What a relief!

This is a totally unnecessary service. I was directed to this site by Rod Scholar which was inappropriate. I should have been given clearer directions to apply directly to the UK site for only the $20 fee. In addition I had to call for assistance in how to upload my passport because the instructions weren’t clear. People should avoid this site.

I was able to get the ETA Visa
I was able to get the ETA Visa within a day of submitting, but since I am old and not good with technology, it was stressful and hard for me doing the photos/scanning, but I was able to complete it after resubmitting two more attempts for the passport scan photo. My passport doesn't lie flat.
