Getting a visa for China is complicated…

Getting a visa for China is complicated and intimidating. Our group tour - Road Scholar - recommended using this service to make the visa application process simpler. Using Passport Visas Express was not cheap, but I do feel it was worth the money in terms of reducing our stress. I am glad I got to work with Ebony, who was patient, professional and kind.

It would be helpful that the instructions indicate that we will pay first with a credit card and then, the application process will begin. It was confusing for me to pay, before anything was processed. Additionally, I missed finding how to process 2 applications, so I had to start another for my wife.

Helpful Visa Service

I've used this company twice for getting visas. They are always responsive and helpful. It's made it easier for me to know what's needed (including additional documents for certain ciecumstances that wouldnt be listed online) and how to answer visa questions that aren't clear (there can be some tricky ones or just odd wordings that can be unclear on some applications). They have been very fast in getting my visas processed each time with passports and visas arriving much faster than the expected time frame! It's a bit pricey, as these services tend to be, but it's worth it in knowing my documents are in good hands and having a company to walk me through the process to make sure there aren't any errors or complications at the embassy.

I tried to handle this process on my own, but when I got hung up, Ebony at Passports Visa Express was right there on the phone, walked me through the process of taking a photo that would be accepted and took it from there, once I emailed it to her. She was outstanding and left me feeling grateful for her and for Passports Visa Express.

Fantastic experience

Fantastic experience! I was concerned because the site asked for payment details before asking for personal details, so I used the chat option. Ebony reassured me. From that point forward it was very smooth. Directions were clear, uploading document's was easy, and best of all, my visa arrived within 7-10 business days. I am totally satisfied.

Not the Easiest Experience but I got my Visas

I found the website impossible to use and the chat agents not that knowledgable, but when I called I spoke to an agent pretty quickly and I found the agent very understanding and helpful. When I received the email with my visas attached they were mis-marked so it appeared I was sent the same visa twice instead of two different ones. I found the cost significant for very little help. Another company I have used provides written guidance on how to answer some questions to assist in completing the visa applications correctly.

EASY VISA FOR BRAZIL I tried go teg my visa directly through the Brazil link, but it was a bit daunting. Then I found this app. and I was all set. It was easy to follow instructions to obtain my visa. At one point I thought they did not get my photos, but I got in touch with them and they found them in no time, and I was set to go. They care for their customers! Other websites take forever to connect with an agent, but not so with this app. I highly recommend it.
