37day,still waiting and don’t really know much also tracking info is lying?!?
So I ordered two items from dresslily and it’s been my worst online experience I have ever had and I shop online REGULARLY. I placed my order on March 18th and my order only finished PROCESSING and was actually shipped out on April 10?!?! Only then was it actually being shipped. It took Like 20 days just to get ready, what?!?!? Then I was sent tracking information which seemed good, I was told it arrived to my local postal service and given a reference number. Which I then used on the actual post services website. TURNS OUT that the item isn’t in my country it’s still in Belgium (where it said it was coming from). I found this out on the 22nd of April?!?!? So their tracking information is not corresponding to my actual postal service’s tracking?!?!? So I sent them a message asking them to tell me what the hell is happening, twice actually. Once was after like 15 days because I hadn’t gotten tracking info yet and they just said and I quote “wait”. So the second time was after my tracking discovery. I asked to be told what the F is happening and they said they can’t control much when it’s abroad and “rest assured that you will receive your order. Could you please wait patiently for your order to arrive?” Now bare in mind I have been waiting 37 days at this point. They didn’t comment on the tracking problem or give me and estimated time. On their website it says for my country, the estimated delivery is 10-25?!?! Misleading much? I still don’t have information or my items or pretty much anything. There are plenty of better websites than this. I’ve had great experiences with Everything5pounds, Zaful (a bit of a wait but great!) The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because they are at least replying quick, although it’s not much help. UPDATE: I have finally received my Items after waiting for over 35 days. The items are as described and look like the picture and the sizing is good for swimsuits.Very happy with the products, the process is the problem.
