The most dreadful company in the universe to be buying their products in the UK This company should be banned completely from selling any products in the UK market. Period. I had a professional CCTV company based in London install a Hikvision CCTV system and it is as bad and buggy and the most user unfriendly app and product to have This company should be banned from selling products in the UK. The products are faulty from the day they are installed and no matter what you do in terms of firmware updates and trying to find an answer to recurring issues like for example "PTZ Preset names dont synchronize" is almost impossible because the company prides itself in the UK on not supporting customers but only installers. However even local installers complain about the company because their support especially in the UK and Ireland is atrocious If you're in a position where you considering a CCTV system make sure that it is not a Hikvision system for the recorder and for the cameras themselves I wish there was a rating of zero therefore I'm giving them a one because I can't put a zero for them STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS AT ALL COST
