Do not use this company.
I ordered two Panama hats from HatsFashion believing they were a company operating in South America with local producers when in fact they are based in China. The hats were shipped to UK but to the wrong post code and were subsequently returned to sender by Royal Mail. Despite numerous assurances by HatsFashion that they would sort the problem out I have still not received the goods or the refund I requested. Do not buy from this company as they misrepresent their goods and their customer service is appalling.
