2 month late + unapproved charge
They shipped a product 2 months late despite my clear instructions to cancel the order due to the delay, and they charged me extra for it. I ordered a product on March 8th. A month later, on April 6th I noticed it hadn't shipped yet and contacted them. They replied that they are delayed because of the crisis in the Middle East and working on solutions. On April 21st, when the product still hadn't shipped, I contacted them again instructing to cancel the order. On April 24th and 29th I contacted them again and reiterated the instruction to cancel the order. Then on April 30th, they shipped it against my instructions, and charged me $26 extra for it without approval. At that point, they stopped replying to emails.
